Shipping
All orders over $50.00 must be shipped to a VERIFIED ADDRESS.
If you're using a credit or debit card, a verified address is the billing address. If you're using PayPal, verified addresses are the addresses you entered within your PayPal account. If you would like your order shipped to an address other than the billing address of your credit card, we suggest checking out with PayPal. PayPal is free, easy to use and reduces fraud...and you can checkout within PayPal with any major credit or debit card. PayPal allows you to easily add additional addresses, which is perfect for customers not shipping to their billing address.

We copy and paste the shipping information you enter when creating your shipping label. This includes your email address. Please enter all information correctly to avoid delays and to receive tracking information for your package. Most orders ship from our NJ location via the USPS and UPS. With the exception of key machine orders, most orders will ship via USPS mail. All orders include tracking information. Most orders over $99.00 are sent signature required.
Most in stock orders will be shipped same business day if placed by 2:00 p.m. EST.
Although a majority of our orders are shipped via the USPS, we have found large overweight items ship better via UPS. We reserve the right to change shippers on certain orders.
All orders shipped using UPS Overnight, 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air ship Signature Required.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping applies to orders shipped within the Contiguous United States and does not include APO/FPO addresses. Most orders using the Free Shipping option ship via the USPS or UPS. If you cannot accept deliveries by the USPS or UPS, please note this in the notes field upon checkout to avoid delays or returns.
International Customers
If applicable, the customer is responsible to pay any customs or duty fees. If you choose to not pay the customs or duty fees and you refuse the package, you will be charged incoming and outgoing freight plus a 10% restocking fee.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days for a refund of original price, minus a 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges. If you are returning a partial amount of what you ordered, there is a 50% restocking fee and original shipping charge. Customers are responsible for shipping the return back at their expense. Please contact our office to assure that your order is returnable and to obtain an Return Authorization Number.
Items that are returned to us marked return to sender or undeliverable as addressed, will be charged a 10% restocking fee, less original shipping costs. This includes packages sent signature required that were never accepted and/or signed for. We will notify you via email for the reason the package was returned to us and an explanation of the credit applied back to your card. No further delivery attempts will be made.

Performance issues with key machines must be addressed with the manufacturer. It is recommended that you retain all paperwork and packaging from your key machine in case you encounter any problems. We HIGHLY recommend keeping the box your key machine came in just in case your machine needs to be sent back for service.
All sales take place in the State of New Jersey. You agree that the laws and judicial decisions of Gloucester County, New Jersey, will be used if any action is brought against eKeyBlanks.com, dba KeyBlankSales.com. You agree that any action relating to or arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Gloucester County, New Jersey.

Placing a check in the box upon checkout is an electronic signature. It is the same as signing your name. If you do not understand our policies please review them again, or call for further clarification.

Images and Product Descriptions found on eKeyBlanks.com and MySecurityPro.com are the property of KeyBlankSales.com. Legal action will be taken against those who copy/use any of our images or product descriptions without proper written authorization.
Images of key blanks are for groove pattern reference only. They are there to show groove patterns and profiles only. We reserve the right to substitute blanks from other name brand manufacturers to prevent delaying your order. We guarantee the blank we send you is equivalent to the one you saw pictured, or we will refund your order.
Precut Keys
Precut keys require no cutting and will work right out of the package. Precut keys purchased through this site are sold with the understanding that they are for your personal property and/or equipment. If these keys are not for your personal property and/or equipment, DO NOT BUY THEM. We will not be held responsible for those who use these keys in an unlawful manner. We capture I.P. addresses for security purposes and will pursue legal action against those who disregard this policy.
